edit + more context:

after world at war, music production - specifically, edm production - stopped being something that interested me. i'd felt like i'd done all i could, using what i had learned, up until that point.

i didn't feel any need to go further, with regards to edm. i tried, but it just wasn't the same.

diminishing returns, much? lol

there's a lot more to music than just this specific genre of edm, but of the stuff that befits newgrounds - world at war was a complete product, with regards to my own history and tastes. everything i'd felt and learned up to that point was encapsulated in that piece. // xx.
